Bummis Swimmis are designed to be used by themselves. You do not need to add anything to them.
Please note that while Bummis Swimmis do make an excellent diaper cover, you should not use the same Swimmi as both a cover and a swim diaper.
Bummis Swimmi Swim Diaper Care Instructions:
Fasten velcro closures before washing. Wash and dry on low heat. No fabric softeners.
