Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within the US
•    In-stock orders will usually be shipped the next business day.
•    Occasionally, there may be a reason to delay shipping your orders (backorders, temporarily out-of-stock items).  In this case, we will contact you for further instructions.
•    You have the choice of having your package shipped via USPS or UPS.
•    We charge as close to actual shipping as we possibly can.
•    All packages receive a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number. 
•    All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped USPS Parcel Post or in the most cost effective manner.
•    Insurance is available for an additional fee.  Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages.  Please ensure that you have a safe place for the carrier to deliver your package.
•    Standard shipping takes approximately 3-14 business days.  Priority shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days.

APO, FPO, and Mailboxes
Yes, we gladly ship Military Personnel stationed overseas!

Local Pickup
Free local pickup of your online purchase is available.  Simply choose that option at checkout.  You may pick up your purchase at our retail location at 3929 Tennyson St., Denver, CO 80212 during normal business hours.  Your purchase will usually be completed by the next business day.  We will notify you of any delays.

Out of Stock Items
We try very hard to make sure that our online inventory is correct at all times.  However, occasionally items do get sold in store and there is a delay in website update.  If an item is not in-stock, we will notify you via e-mail and telephone of its estimated arrival date and substitution options for a quicker delivery.

International Shipping
•    We generally ship within 1 business day of order placement.
•    Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.
•    We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
•    You have the option of USPS or UPS for shipping.
•    Delivery times are approximately 7-14 business days, but can occasionally take longer.
•    Please note that some of our manufacturers prohibit us from shipping their products out of the US.  We do our best to note this on our product pages, but there is the possibility that we missed some.  If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

The Giggling Green Bean, Inc. uses secure pages during checkout.  All of your information is received through a secure server with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.  We do not keep any record of your credit card information.

Returns, Exchanges, & Defective Items
We do accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase (excluding baby carriers and car seats), provided that the merchandise is in unused, unwashed, resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have pet hair or odor, smoke, dirt, lipstick, perfume, etc. You may return acceptable items for a refund or store credit (less shipping).

We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 30 days.  Any returns accepted after 30 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and may be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt.  You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 business days from the time of our refund to post to your account.

We recommend trying your new diapers on over disposables to check the fit before washing. We also recommend washing and using one diaper before washing them all.

The purchaser is responsible for the price of shipping on returned items. If you received free shipping at the time of purchase, all shipping charges paid by The Giggling Green Bean, Inc. will be deducted from your refund. 

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will to correct it as quickly as possible at our expense.

Occasionally, there may be a manufacturer's defect in an item you receive from us. To better serve you, The Giggling Green Bean, Inc. handles as many replacements of defective merchandise as possible in-house. We follow the manufacturer's warranty on all items. If you have received a defective item from us, please contact us for instructions.

Placing an order with The Giggling Green Bean is simple. Just create an account and start shopping!  Rest assured that we only use the information you provide for order fulfillment.

Because we use a rapid fulfillment system, it may not be possible to change your order once placed.  We will, however, try our hardest to accommodate changes and cancellations.  Please call us at 720-988-3725 as soon as possible if you would like to change something about your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  Please note that you must use PayPal in order to pay with your American Express card.  We can accept Money Orders for phone orders.

Our shopping cart will automatically calculate volume discounts, if they apply.  Please contact us if you feel the cart is in error.  We're happy to double check it for you. If when you checkout there is a pricing error, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify. We will refund any overcharge. We reserve the right to invoice you for any undercharge.

If you would like to receive special promotions and coupons, please join our email newsletter.  Because our prices, inventory, specials, and coupons can vary day to day, we do not offer price adjustments after your order has been placed.  

All discounts for special offers are calculated pre-tax and pre-shipping charges, if applicable.  Only one offer is permitted per purchase.  All packages deals are also excluded from any special offer, per manufacturers guidelines.  Thank you!

Miscellaneous Information
We are proud to recycle shipping materials whenever possible and we encourage you to do the same!  Please be aware that your order may arrive in a previously used container.  We inspect every shipping container that we reuse prior to packing an order in it.  Rest assured that we will not use packaging materials that have outlived their usefulness.

Complimentary gift wrapping is available.  Simply put a request in the comments at checkout.  If you would like a message to be included, you can leave it there as well.
