I had a very hard time choosing between this and the bumgenius! all-in-one organic cloth diaper, and finally decided on this simply due to the ease of care. While I dislike the velcro-only option (I feel snaps would last longer) these line-dry very quickly, and the suedecloth wicks away most moisture from my daughter's bum. A super trim diaper, these hardly showed any bulk under her clothes! (Posted on 2/1/10)

I am a first time cloth diaper user. I did a ton of research and finally just decided to buy a couple to try out. I got a bumGenius 3.0 One-Size Pocket Diaper and a happy heinys one-sized pocket diaper. Luckily (for purposes of trying out anyway), my daughter had two MAJOR #2's in a row. The first one was in the happy heinys and the second in the bumGenius. I have to admit that they both would have blown out the back with a disposable diaper, so I can count that as a plus for these two brands. But after a cold soak for 20 min, hot wash and extra rinse, the happy heinys was ready to dry and the bumGenius stunk...I was shocked! This is only the second time I've used this diaper. I'm now going to wash cold, wash hot and add a tiny bit of bleach to the hot (tip I saw off of other reviewers on diaperpin.com with the same problem). The bumGenius wasn't for us anyway, but I really think buyer should beware that even the manufacturer suggests two washes with this diaper where the happy heiny only requires a cold soak and then hot wash. I'm not up for washing every batch of diapers twice! Without the stink and if it were a bit larger, this diaper would be GREAT. (Posted on 1/11/10)

I love love love these diapers. I am a first time cloth diaper user and did tons of research on what kinds of diapers and brands are out there. These are so easy to use and affordable, even my husband likes them. My toddler was in them and now my 11 month old has been in them since he was 3 months old. So easy to wash and put together. I will be getting snaps next time because the Velcro can pull up and can scratch baby's tummy. That is my only complaint. Baby #3 is on his way and will be in these as well. Great diaper!
